As outlined in our Educational Philosophy, we take academics seriously at Dickson Academy. Though every student is endowed with different gifts and abilities, it will be our goal to ensure that each student lives up to their individual potential as they learn how to apply themselves fully, think critically, and communicate clearly.
The accreditation process for a new school typically takes about 3 years, and we plan to begin pursuing dual accreditation through SAIS (Southern Association of Independent Schools) and SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) as soon as possible.
